Sorry no returns, all sales are final. Exchanges on a different size will only be honored if and only if they pass inspection to be allowed for resale.
Please go to Contact Us and fill out the form and make sure to include your order # (number).
All exchange requests must be made within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. Unfortunately we do not accept any returns or exchanges on all hats and on sale or discounted items.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your exchanged item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and mailed out back to you in a timely manner. We kindly ask you to wait a while as processing and shipping problems may arise, exchanges may take up to 7-10 business days.
If you haven’t received your exchange yet after a couple weeks from approval, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll be glad to help figure out the problem.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
